Cancellations

I understand that life can be tricky and sometimes we need to change our schedules. I ask that clients provide a 24 hours advance notice when canceling an appointment to allow that time to be open for others to book. Canceling within 24 hours may lead to a 50% charge of the scheduled fee. If you miss your appointment and didn’t cancel, you may be charged the full amount for the session. Exceptions for emergencies and illness can be made if you contact me as soon as possible.

Arriving Late

Late arrivals will result in shorter sessions to accommodate following appointments. Clients are responsible for the full scheduled session regardless, so please plan accordingly and be on time to your sessions.

Covid-19 / Illness

If you feel sick please contact me and we can reschedule when you are feeling better.
